I'm familiar with most personality tests and AC methods used currently, although my intuition will give me a broader and deeper picture of you and your organization.
 

I'm open to using the framework and processes your organization prefers. I'm also happy to support you with shadowing, 360-degree reviews, strategic and transition planning, and conflict resolution. For all the DISC assessment enthusiasts, I'm somewhere between a D and an I, but as we know, that tends to change every ten years... 

You might have heard or even experienced that what we resist keeps returning until we understand its message. Healing begins the moment we allow our "demons"- challenges, difficult emotions, fears, and limitations - to speak.

That's exactly what we do with one of my favorite tools: we resolve what keeps us from being happy and thriving with a combination of ancient Tibetan shamanism and Jungian shadow work. We work with your subconscious and hone in on the core of the issue. It's simple, gentle, and highly efficient.   

What we perceive as an obstacle often contains the very ingredient for profound personal and professional growth and is actually the doorway to transformation. Only, of course, if we stop running and face our "demons", let them speak, feed and embrace them, and integrate their wisdom.
 

My courageous clients worked successfully e.g. with the following "demons": anxiety, fear, frustration, lack of purpose, overwhelm, lack of energy, depression, exhaustion/fatigue, self-doubt, betrayal, low self-esteem, shame, feeling helpless, not feeling enough, procrastination, ...,  and even physical issues, like flu, pneumonia, lower back pain, and body weight.

To me, energy work includes intuition development, as well as the awareness and conscious management of your own energy. 
You’ll understand how energy works - including the correlation between energetics and the physical, and learn to navigate and manage your energy in conscious and practical ways. 

With energy work, we can remove persistent obstacles and blocks to your success that you might not even be aware of.    
The tools and techniques I’ll teach you will accelerate your growth and make the changes you pursue sustainable. 
 

There’s more to us than just the physical. 

I started practicing and studying meditation and mindfulness in 2005 and have been teaching since 2010. My formal meditation training spans over 15 years. I learned from and sat with extraordinary teachers from the East and the West. 

In India, I practiced in remote caves of saints and sages and in incense-filled, dark sanctum sanctorum of temples where only the flickering flame of oil lamps cast some light on the ancient stone walls and statues of deities. 

I sat on snowy, windy mountaintops in Europe and on active volcanoes in Hawaii, where the untamed energies of destruction and creation are palpable underneath Earth's crust.   
On starry summer nights, I meditated among rocks in the vast deserts of the American Southwest, watching the ocotillos dance with the warm breeze in the pale moonlight and listening to coyotes howling in the distance.  

Surrounded by corals, swaying sea grass, and bright-colored fish, meditation came naturally in the depths of the Caribbean Sea while watching the sunlight shine through the endless blue.  
 

Meditation is not only magical. It's one of the most efficient tools for transformation - and leadership excellence. It gives us a break from our exhausting internal chatter - the never-ending strategizing, worrying, judging, commenting, and defending - and allows us to still our minds to gain access to deeper understanding and wisdom by connecting us to something larger than ourselves.  

Meditation supports:
