Executive & Leadership Coaching

A Winding Path Through a Thick Forest of Mixed Bamboo and Trees as Sunlight Beams Through the Tree Tops

Leaders have a great impact, and with great influence comes great responsibility.

Former Google CEO, Eric Schmidt said, “the best advice I ever got was to get a coach.” Bill Gates emphatically said, “everyone should have a coach.”

If you truly want to improve all areas of your life, get a coach. I have one, too.

Executive and business coaching puts the personal growth process of individuals in context of the served organization. The ripples of change move out into the organization reaching friends, family, and the world.

The overarching goal is to help you be the very best version of yourself as a leader, executive, and whole person. We work on reaching your Personal Optimum, which means the most favorable condition or level for growth. The focus is on your advancement as YOU define it, a definition that usually evolves during the coaching process, since I will always question adjustment and encourage the possibility of your transformation.

If you're considering coaching with me, here are (at least) 14 ways you might benefit:

  1. Tangible results - greater productivity, faster promotions, bigger profits

  2. Deeper learnings - about yourself, how you're perceived, where you can improve

  3. Faster action - advancing things and decisions faster and with greater precision

  4. Space and a safe environment to hear your own voice - to talk something through and gain perspective without judgement or limitations

  5. Awareness of perspectives, beliefs, and attitudes that drive your actions and may be holding you back

  6. Support and confidence to "lean in" and make bold moves

  7. Clarity on your values and what you stand for, which leads to greater self-confidence and a sense of purpose

  8. Creative ideas for ways to improve that you may not see - awareness of blind spots and untapped opportunities

  9. Alignment of your thoughts, feelings and actions - making sure all your “parts” row into the same direction for optimal, balanced results

  10. Emotional support, empathy, care and encouragement - feels less lonely, especially if you work on the top levels

  11. The plain truth others won't tell you - yeah, it’s hard sometimes, but it’s invaluable

  12. Third-party moderation for 360-reviews, strategic planning, and conflict resolution

  13. Support for improving specific skills - communication, delegation, conflict management, team building, persuasion, change management, executive presence, stress management, …

  14. Fun - personalized, enjoyable, creative and sometimes unconventional assignments, tools and means

"Ever since I was a child I have had this instinctive urge for expansion and growth. To me, the function and duty of a quality human being is the sincere and honest development of one's potential."
