Executive & Leadership Coaching

Leaders have a great impact, and with great influence comes great responsibility.
Former Google CEO, Eric Schmidt said, “the best advice I ever got was to get a coach.” Bill Gates emphatically said, “everyone should have a coach.”
If you truly want to improve all areas of your life, get a coach. I have one, too.
Executive and business coaching puts the personal growth process of individuals in context of the served organization. The ripples of change move out into the organization reaching friends, family, and the world.
The overarching goal is to help you be the very best version of yourself as a leader, executive, and whole person. We work on reaching your Personal Optimum, which means the most favorable condition or level for growth. The focus is on your advancement as YOU define it, a definition that usually evolves during the coaching process, since I will always question adjustment and encourage the possibility of your transformation.
